If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included.

  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt for tracking.
